Where we used to live

This is what I enticed a young Welsh lass to years ago. Funny she thought that it needed some upgrading. This became the project for the next twenty years. Now, completed it was time to move on. We decided to try a new chapter in the old world we came from -sort of.

We lived within commuting distance from Auckland, where about a quarter of all New Zealanders live. As Auckland is on an isthmus, there is an abundance of beaches and water and rural areas not yet gobbled up by the ever-encroaching city developments.
